Open Position – Bayshore Baptist Church

Director of Children’s Ministries 

Principal Function

To guide the spiritual development of children ages birth through 5th grade through Christian education, mission opportunities, and by helping parents provide spiritual guidance to their children.

Primary Responsibilities

Develop overall direction and vision and ministry of the children’s program, supervising the paid workers and volunteers in the program.  Working with the Senior Pastor to oversee Bayshore’s pre-school and working with members and staff to encourage the spiritual growth and emotional health of Bayshore’s children.

Hours

30 hours per week:  Sunday – Wednesday.
